Breakfast Recipe

In a blender, put 2-4 tablespoons REJUVENATE!™, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup berries, 1 tsp chia or flax seeds, 1/4 cup oat milk, and 2 cups filtered water. Blend and drink! Adjust this recipe to your taste...try adding your favorite fruits or fruit juices (mango, kiwi, orange juice, etc.).
